    金菇香菇烩面的做法非常简单易学。吃起来并不会太腻,口感滑爽,唇齿留香。

    Step 1

    把金针菇切去根部,将1包留着煮面用。Remove roof of enoki mushroom, keep 1 pkt for noodle use.

    Step 2

    烧热油把2包金针菇放入油炸至干金黄色,捞起沥干油备用。Heat oil in wok, deep fried the enoki mushroom till golden brown, drain and set aside.

    Step 3

    烧沸水放入干面条煮5分钟,捞起煮熟的面条,加入清水冲洗,沥干。Bring water to boil, cook noodle for 5 minutes, drain and rinse under water, drain.

    Step 4

    烧热锅,用炸过金针菇的油1½汤匙,加入冬菇、金针菇、红萝卜炒至香。加入面条和调味料拌炒均匀,加入芫荽即可。Heat some oil in wok, add in mushroom, enoki mushroom and carrot, stir well. Add in noodle seasoning, fry well. Add in coriander leave before arrange on plate.

    Step 5

    盛碟后,洒上炸过的金针菇,趁热享用。Top with crispy enoki mushroom, serve warm.
